Whitewater Exciter: Never been rafting before? Or, maybe you have been rafting before and want something more? This Banff rafting trip is sure to satisfy your appetite for adventure whether this is your first or fifteenth rafting trip. Our flagship trip since 1992, offered twice daily, over 120,000 rafters have enjoyed this exceptional 12km stretch of whitewater on the Kicking Horse River. Perfect trip for adventurers ages 12 and up.
Gentle: For the family or those seeking a milder river experience (sometimes known as “reluctant rafters”), this trip is ideal! Starting 4kms inside of Yoho National Park, enjoy the “float less traveled”. But, it’s not all gentle and calm. In fact, there are six excellent rapids from class II to III to splash and soak you during the 1½ hour journey.
The Tradition: If you’ve got more time for the river, then “The Tradition” is for you. This traditional Kicking Horse River rafting trip combines the beauty and peaceful upper section of the river with the more exciting rapids found in our Whitewater Exciter half day trip, plus you’ll enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch served back at our RiverBase following the trip.
